Due to lag in speed post service because of corona pandemic we are not taking book orders now. We will resume the service after some time.

For order above Rs.500 shipping charges are free and below that Rs.50 will be charged.

Once your order has been printed, assembled, and boxed, you will receive asecond confirmation e-mail that includes your speed post tracking id.

Once we have received your order, we will either e-mail or call you with and provide an order confirmation that includes with your Sales Order Number on it. If you do not receive a confirmation message from us, then for some reason we did not receive your order. If you have any questions, please contact us.

It's very rare phenomena but even if it happens and you don't receive your order within thirty (30) days, please contact us.

Partridge will not be held liable for any delays, loss, or damage in transit when it comes to our book order. Any book order by you (including those books included in the services provided) will be delivered within a reasonable time after we receive your order and full payment.

Since an order is transmitted directly to the fulfillment centre the minute you place it, your print-on-Demand book order cannot be cancelled.

Inspect your order carefully when it arrives. Any problems should immediately report to our Book Sales Department. Have your order number handy. If your boxes are being sent to an author event venue, make arrangements with the event coordinator to check your order so there aren't any surprises on the day of the event.

print-on-Demand orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the event of poor print quality or an error in quantity. Please report quality or quantity issues to us immediately upon receipt of the order. All claims must be filed within seven days of shipment receipt.

We accept payment online payment through internet banking, Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard etc.

Book once ordered will not be cancelled nor it will be refunded. Please report quality or quantity issues to us within seven days after receiving your order.
