Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests made after the initiation of service delivery (including login credential sharing, document processing or administrative action) will not be eligible for cancellation.
  • Services offered under special schemes, discounts or time-bound campaigns (e.g., regulatory deadlines, promotional offers or festival-specific access) are non-cancellable due to their limited-time nature.
  • To initiate a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order reference number and a brief reason for cancellation. We reserve the right to accept or decline the cancellation based on the service status.

Refund Policy

Any request for a refund must be made in writing and submitted through official communication channels, including registered mail, certified post with return receipt, or electronic correspondence. Refunds, if applicable, shall be granted solely at the discretion of the portal administrators and only in cases where the service has not been accessed, processed, or digitally delivered in part or in full. Nothing contained in this clause shall obligate the portal to refund any amount once a service is deemed initiated or fulfilled. All refund decisions shall be final and binding, and neither party shall be deemed to hold any financial obligation beyond the scope explicitly stated herein or otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing.

Once Refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days.
