INSTRUCTIONS FOR DGMS COAL/METAL (FIRST/SECOND) PASSING CANDIDATES (MANAGERS)
All candidates who are declared PROVISIONALLY SUCCESSFUL shall take print out of result card from the link provided for the results of CBT-2021 available on official website of DGMS i.e www.dgms.gov.in and send their original documents/ certificates along with results card in support of the information mentioned in their online application submitted for Computer Based Test (CBT), a set of self-attested copies of the same and signed print of CBT application form, by Registered/speed post, to the office of the
Secretary, Board of Mining Examination & Director of Mines Safety (Exam.), Dhanbad (JH) – 826001,
for verification, at the earliest. Certificates shall be issued to the above mentioned candidates subject to verification of their original documents/ certificates.
Abbreviations used:
W : Winning & Working
L : Legislation
V : Mine Ventilation
S : Mine Surveying
M : Mining Machinery
Details of original documents required for verification:
1. Age Proof: Matriculation/10th pass certificate
2. Qualification Certificate as per Exam Scheme: Pass certificate of
Degree in Mining Engineering / Diploma in Mining Engineering / Intermediate (10+2
/ 12th class).
3. Document for date of passing (for Degree / Diploma candidate only):
Final / consolidated mark sheet or provisional certificate etc.
4. Statutory certificate as per Exam Scheme:
(a) 2nd Class (R/UR) / Overman (R/UR) / Sirdar (R/UR) / Foreman (R/UR) /
Mate (R/UR).
(b) Gas Testing Certificate (only in case of Un-restricted schemes)
5. Practical Experience Certificate: For the period mentioned in CBT
application form.
(a) For Non-statutory experience (as applicable)
(b) For Statutory experience (as applicable)
6. First Aid Certificate
7. Medical Certificate (in prescribed format)
8. Character Certificate (in prescribed format)
Additional documents required (as applicable):
*1. Affidavit: For genuineness of documents / information provided with/ in the online application form for CBT (in prescribed format)
*2. Document for difference in name(if applicable) : An affidavit for the purpose or a copy of suitable notification made in Government of India Gazette.
3. Envelope: Self addressed A-4 size envelope. Note: 1) * Self attested documents not required.
2) It is mandatory to submit the originals of all the documents which you have uploaded along with your online application for Manager’s Competency Examination.
3) Candidate who have not passed in all subjects under two papers or more papers schemes and whose result is kept as part result he /she is not required to send the original documents to this Directorate. Such candidate if passed in all subjects send with result card( from the link for the results available on www.dgms.gov.in) and other
required documents to this directorate.
