Instruction for Application for Provisional Gas Testing Certificate from 01.07.2022

List of Enclosures to be submitted for obtaining Provisional Gas Testing Certificates w.e f. 01.07.2022:

1. Only Self-attested copy of Matriculation / Xth pass certificate.
2. Only Self-attested copy of Degree /Diploma certificate.
3. Only Self-attested copy of Documents for date of passing final examination of
Degree in Mining. Engineering/ Diploma in Mining Engineering / Diploma in Mining &
Mine Surveying.
4. Original & Self-attested copy of Certificate of Practical experience in Gas Testing, in
valid format. (Non-returnable)
5. Original Medical certificate in valid format.
6. Original Character certificate in valid format.
7. Receipt of application fees paid through Bharatkosh.
8. Only Self-attested copy of Aadhaar document.
9. Any other documents as deemed necessary in support of the application.
Note: With this Provisional Gas Testing Certificate Candidate can apply for the other Statutory
Certificate like Overman, Foreman Second Class etc. issued by the Board of Mining
Examination.
